I do not recommend ordering herbs online from this company. Ordered herbs 2/7/2024. 2 weeks later still didn't arrive. Called customer service 4 consecutive days. They finally responded on the 5th day. Tried to cancel since I was leaving the area in 3 days. Said they couldn't cancel, they already shipped. Won't be able to get the herbs until 4/8/2024 and don't need them anymore.
I said this campany is nothing but scammers who steal people money on the internet. Out of my 91.19 I asked for refund. They refunded only $9 and lied they will ship my order i will get tracking number. This is 4 days now, No any Tracking Number for the order i made 12/24/2023. I will take this organization to court.
Ii write customer support every day no response i call every day and leave VN no calls I purchase $ 91.19 of order suppose free shipping not even shipped
La Herbs is scam. I ordered my Herbs for about a Month. I did receive it. They don't pick alls they don't answer email. Anyone giving them star is part of them. They are No scammer in world. No official address.
Don't order from them. I paid and never got order!
