Leah is the best! She doesn’t rush you and takes time to really listen to you. All the girls there are simply amazing. My daughter begs to go to the doctor because she loves Leah.
Leah is nice but the office and support staff is significantly lacking and inept as well as dismissive. After a visit, for refills or anything they will not pass your message to provider. They refuse to actually listen to what you’re asking. Very unhelpful once they got your money from your visit. Prior auths take an act of God to get them to complete. And as a nurse myself who does the same job on a larger scale for a large specialty practice, I was very disappointed in their care after the fact. And before it being said I’... read more
Horrible service; I waited 15 minutes sitting until someone walked out of the back office. Very unprofessional.
