Leah is nice but the office and support staff is significantly lacking and inept as well as dismissive. After a visit, for refills or anything they will not pass your message to provider. They refuse to actually listen to what you’re asking. Very unhelpful once they got your money from your visit. Prior auths take an act of God to get them to complete. Horrible service; I waited 15 minutes sitting until someone walked out of the back office. Very unprofessional.

Leah is well equipped to answer any question you ask her. She’s amazing.
Great initial visit staff was feeling my frustration how the medical system manages healthcare now. I was listening to talked with not at! She is pro nutrition and not take a pill for this or shot for that? She respected me wanting to be more natural
