I took the Surya kriya program and it was amazing.The teacher's ability to guide us step by step and notice each student's error is also great. The energy and vibes were also nice where we conducted our session. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to dig into deeper dimensions of yoga. Namaskaram, I recently completed a Bhuta Shuddhi class with Girija. The class was very enjoyable and all of the guidance before, during and after the class was unlike any other experience I’ve had. She gave everyone individual attention to ensure that practices were being done properly and mantra’s were recited with proper pronunciation to gain the benefits that it brings to the system. I highly recommend taking a class with her and I will definitely look into furthering my journey of yoga with her classes.
Girija is very knowledgeable teacher, paying attention to the details. She really helps to perform correctly each step of the asana.
Even though I had taken Yogasanas 5 yrs back, it felt as if for the first time given the nuanced instructions and personalized feedback from Girija throughout the class. There is a vast difference between learning yoga as a set of physical exercises and learning yoga cognizant of the spiritual component and I'm glad I found a capable teacher in Girija for the latter!
I had a great experience with LA Hatha Yoga with teacher Girija. She was caring and attentive to each participant. She broke down complicated practice in small steps with modifications that suits each participant physical ability. Also she took care to create a conducive atmosphere in the space we were practicing. Overall great experience! I will come back again to study with Girija.
