Don't stay here, call the exterminator instead. If you like bed bugs and bites from head to toe, this is your place. The wifi sucked, the bath towels were coated in dirt and the damn sliding bathroom door didn't have a handle. Had to pry my way out with my fingertips.. Paper-thin walls and what sounded like a dance party on 2nd level above us was amplified straight into our room. Fix this place. The best part of my visit in Seattle was driving away from La Hacienda Motel. Never looked back.
There was cigarette burns I'm the sheets, the tv sucked, terrible wireless, and what was with the Hobbit height shower head? That, along with a noisy non adjustable air conditioner made me not like it. The desk staff were great though! I think some serious pride in running this business is needed and it could be good despite the noisy industrial area.
I highly recommend this place,great customer service from Sam,even when a disturbance occurred later that night,he handled it very calmly and professionally which was impressive!My room was very clean and smelled great,beds were beyond comfortable,there were no stray hairs in my sheets or bathroom surprisingly,and the price was great too especially for a weekend rate.When I'm in Seattle,this will be my go to spot!Keep up the great work!
If not heavy sleeper don't get a room on main floor, family with kids wouldn't stop running an you could hear every step they took upstairs. Besides that great place to stay
Hotel is a bit run down and tired! Needs a lot of TLC! But if you just need a bed for one night it's fine! Also as an after thought, they made me pay a $50 deposit when I checked in for amenities which I didn't use AND they never refunded that deposit back to my credit card, so do beware they are stilling money from you!!
The hotel staff are VERY rude. A guy named PHIL THREW my credit card AT me and another one named SAM said that business cards at the front desk with Manager names aren't valid. You'll be emailing non-legit emails. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. One of the worst motels I've ever stayed at.
Maid staff recently stole 3 of my sister's diamonds rings from her room during her stay. Watch out for this place.
