Great experience
We placed an order online and arrived at the beginning of the pick up window. The line was extremely long as they only had one person handling online order pickups, phone orders, and in person ordering. There was no clear direction on whether you should queue somewhere else if you were picking up an online order or waiting to place an order. It wasn't busy but the three of us waited over 20 minutes . . . for my daughter's order. No sauces. Then nearly 10 minutes later, my order arrived. 10 minutes later my wife's order came. And the tacos were lukewarm so it's not like we waited on freshly cooked meat.
Went here last week and while the food was good, they are not a “fast” casual. Chose this restaurant over the other because it’s looked more lively and wanted takeout. Ordered 2 tacos, bistec and all pastor, and 1 chicken quesadilla for takeout…but it took 25 min! I know because I had to entertain my kid with a video.
