“Torta Gula” is what I ordered. Gula, in Spanish, means greed or gluttony. Well, this sandwich is a very good representation of that, and it is well named. The whole sandwich is huge, I was warned when I ordered. The sauces that came with it were very good, the jalapeño mix was also a great addition with the sandwich. Toasted very well. I visited this place almost 20 times in the past year. I used to really like it. So take this from a perspective of a jilted fan's attempt to catch attention of the owners. Two changes happened recently that makes me want to write this review. 1) Price increase - I get it, inflation. Appreciate the business for not increasing the prices for as long as they did. 2) Change in salsa - this is more serious concern which is the main reason behind this review. The food from this place is always delicious, but they need to seriously talk to their cashiers. I understand costumer service can be difficult, but there’s a difference between just being stressed, and treating costumers like you’re doing us a favor. This past Saturday, the cashier was extremely rude to me, and multiple times tried to do petty things like yelling the name on my order multiple times, while looking at me (I was carrying my toddler) while my husband is literally steps away from her, trying to get our order. It was good. Food took longer than expected. Everything came out at different times. The table was dirty so we had to clean it. Fries were soggy and they over loaded the dishes with onions. The drinks were good. They actually tasted like they had liquor in them.
