Today, I visited La Granja restaurant in the City of Hallandale Beach. The young lady behind the counter left a lot to be desired as far as customer service is concerned. I was so turned off, I decided not to order and I left. This is a thumbs down all the way, just to put it nicely. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time coming here!
The chicken was not completely cooked. That is unacceptable. They should be aware that they could get someone terribly sick.
Very bad costumwr service I called 30 minutes beforw closing and manager name francisco told me we don't take any orders now La granja in Hallandale should be closed anbld the employees should go back where belong nasty costumwr service corporation offices closed that restaurant or change the entire employees.
I am from Peru and i always like the pollo a la brasa, happen that they open a Granja in hallandale i said great, i could by my chicken now that is around where i live,so dissapointed, first time i adk for a pollo a labrasa to go, i got home and you could see the chicken was from the day before so old abd disgusting, and the amount of fries where tiny, they think they are in Peru that they can do those things, why don't you cut on production do you dont have to give your customers old chicken, thats how you loose customers g... read more
The lomo saltado is nasty. I thought it would be the same since its a chain restaurant but I was wrong. The fries were sogy the the meat was dry as can be. I wasted $12 for garbage. Never going again
Do not go there, The cashier could not get the person in front of me his order correct, or mine or the one behind me. I ordered the pork plate and raw pork is hard to eat. I showed the manager and he just looked at me with no response as if he did not care. Keep up this kind of service and La Granja just waisted a lot of money TOO BAD because the La Granja name was recommended to me as being spectacular NOT THIS ONE!!!!!!!
I thought this place would turn out to be like the rest, GOOD. I honestly adore peruvian food but thats if its bug free. Somehow a dead roach appeared in my plate. i had to throw away my plate and just walk away. I know this week was there grand opening so i didnt want to cause a scene. I do recommend having this place inspected before they have serious problems.
