I wanted to thank the Vet that put my cat on an anti seizure medication that COULD had been given only in stressful situations but.NO told me to give it to her as prescribed and it caused EXTREME weight gain and now she cannot clean her self and she is miserable, despite the baths I give her and sanitary shaves, which cost like 20 JUST for the shave now, she is still miserable. Without question LaGrange veterinarian hospital is one of the finest veterinarian hospitals I have gone to I have had over 15 pets and they are extremely professional helpful compassionate and they listen well and the pet is always taken care of I highly recommend LaGrange Veterinarian Hospital
The staff and Doctor's are great, however the hours in google are NOT correct. Google states lunch starts at 11:45 but when I have called at 11:30 you get sent to voicemail saying they are closed for lunch. Same with the closing hour. Google states 5:45 but they actually close at 5:30.
My first impression of this facility; very clean. However, the staff, no where to be seen, waited 10 minutes to check in for an appointment at 3:30, wait time to be seen, 1 hour, the wall in the lobby would be beneficial for everyone if it were removed. Staff huddling up to chitchat and “take breaks” is uncalled for especially when you have a room full of people who have been waiting just as long, or longer with no sort of communication between staff to customers.
