Terrible. After living here in the 90s and coming back to visit a dear friend of mine recently, it really has gone down hill. I’ll tell you why. 1. Old and dated....the decor, interiors, and facilities have not been updated since I’ve been here in the 90s. 2. Terrible HOA. HOA fee is absurdly high, yet no real amenities are provided. $700+ a month for the HOA fee, but they still charge for you to do laundry in the basement. Unacceptable. Where does this money go? 3.
