Went in for new key, ended up being charged $792 for new starter. Paid core charge for original starter, took it to another Ford Dealer and auto parts store. Neither one could find anything wrong with it. Filed complaint with Ford and after several calls, was finally given a case#******** on 11/25/20. Called again in Dec. and they contacted La Grange Ford, told me owner was in a meeting and would call me as soon as he got out. I have never heard from anyone. Maybe because I’m an 81 yr old woman, they could take advantage.
