This was my third Ford dealership in as many purchases over the past six years and as much as I like my Ford trucks, I can say this dealership is why I'll probably never buy another Ford; it's just city slicker sales people in "good 'ol boy" clothing. After taking three weeks to get accessories added and deliver my truck, it was returned damaged. Stay away!! Who do I reach out to? BUYER BEWARE, update on the blown engine purchased from ALPHA ONE FORD. FORD diagnostics through FORD warranty determined there was a prior tune to the engine before I purchased it from ALPHA ONE. The blown engine happened after purchasing the car. This tune was not disclosed by ALPHA ONE FORD. Spoke to management at ALPHA ONE who has no interest in backing the cars they sell. Hard lesson learned, stay away and buy somewhere else. Recently, my mom‘s Explorer needed work on the sunroof. With what looked like an impossible fix at a reasonable price, Traci, the service writer, worked hard to come up with a very good solution. Thank you, Traci, great work!
