I am appalled at the treatment given to Kim and Bill Daman regarding their carpet installation. This company installed carpeting with a seam going down the entire floor and are blaming it on the "lighting". Yes, "if you shut off all the lights, you cannot see the seam" - incredible how they responded to this situation. It is appalling and I will not stop spreading the word.
I can not recommend LaGrange Flooring. When the installers put in the carpet in our basement they put the seam at the bottom of the steps. Within the month it was frayed. I called Kevin the owner multiple times, sent emails, sent pictures. He was not interested in helping to resolve my problem. I now have a carpet that should look new but as you go down the stairs the first thing you see is the seam with frayed edges poking up.
