I have been very pleased with this office and all the staff over the last couple of years I have been a patient. This past year I have been even more impressed with the flexibility and helpfulness I have experienced. From getting me in quickly with jaw pain days after delivering my daughter and allowing my appointment time to be flexible due to the demands of breastfeeding a newborn. Friendly....as soon as you walk into the pleasant waiting area. Then a gentle but thorough cleaning, review from Dr. Omar, cleaning finished....appt 6 mos later scheduled before you even leave the chair! A ‘bye’ to the receptionist, and out the door you go! This is dentistry and care at its best!
My kiddos have both been to this office numerous times and we’ve never had a poor experience. Our older daughter gets a bit anxious about dentist visits and our younger daughter feeds off of that anxiousness a bit when it’s her turn but the staff at the LGP office has always done a great job at making both of our girls feel comfortable and happy through their visits!
I had to get an adjustment on my crowns because of another dentists couldn't till 2 weeks. was able to get one with them the same day. was very pleased with the adjustment and he gladly said if any other issues come up call him he will try to help me out. even though he didn't do the work.
Basic cleaning and check. Everything went well. Both hygienist and Dr. Omar were very attentive. My teeth feel good.
The Doctor, Omar, and his staff made my little one so comfortable during her visit. I think we found our full time dentist here!
I Absolutely Love the Dr's and Staff at 1st Family Dental in Lagrange, they Always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I am Always Completely Satisfied and Healthy when I leave their office. They never disappoint, always make time to see me even if a last minute unexpected nonemergency mayhave arisen , or some unexpected Emergency occurred they're Always there to offer support. I Definitely recommend Everyone in need of Excellent Dental care to give them your business, you will be happy you did. I sure am.
