JJ really helped us out. We developed an ignition problem with our F-150 on our way to Idaho. Super helpful, and dropped everything to help us. We were back on the road after only 10 minutes. ***** Five Stars!
My father-in-law had an engine fault and non-firing cylinder while driving through La Grande to get to Idaho. They showed up to La Grande Auto Repair, and JJ was able to fix their issue in ten minutes, FREE OF CHARGE! Incredible skill and service! Needless to say he was still paid for his time and my in-laws made it safely to Idaho. The knowledge, technical skill and hospitality make this auto shop a top choice for anyone in, or driving through, La Grande!
10/10 would recommend entrusting La Grande Auto Repair to fix your vehicle! I was passing through on a road trip to Boise when my alternator started showing signs of mechanical failure. They kindly fit me into their packed schedule that morning and replaced the alternator in a timely fashion (I was only there for about 2 hours). The employees were kind and I can't say enough good about this shop. Thank you again for getting me back on the road!
