Helped me get a rock out of my brake rotor so I could get back home to Seattle! Short notice, in and out in under an hour
Truly the friendliest, most efficient place I could’ve ended up! Was passing through Oregon for a road trip and broke down outside of La Grande. Stopped at two other shops that told me they were booked out weeks in advance and couldn’t even look at my car until middle of next week. Got to this shop and even though they were just as backed up, they had my car fixed and ready to go in about an hours time. Such amazing staff and the cutest doggo, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a shop!
Great place to get work done to your vehicle! I’ve been a couple times now and the service and care is amazing! Recently, I went in to get my transmission fluids checked and they happily did the work and got me out of here quickly! Definitely recommend this place!
I stopped in La Grande because my check engine light started flashing as I was headed home in WA. The mechanics and the woman at the front desk were all super nice and accommodating, as I explained I was hoping to get on the road soon since I wasn’t staying in La Grande. They fixed up my car in a little over an hour and made sure I was going to be good on the road. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, especially college students stopping through! They were efficient and very nice.
My husband, 2 dogs and I were road tripping for Christmas when our car broke down near La Grande. The wonderful staff at La Grande Auto Repair helped us way above and beyond during a very stressful time (even taking us to our hotel and picking us up the next morning). We are so grateful for their professionalism and caring help.
