I never expected renting an apartment would be so easy. The apartments are smaller but perfect for my needs. The two bedroom townhomes have a dedicated parking spot which was a huge selling point for me. My neighbors are respectful and courteous. Most of all, the staff here are truly remarkable. Since day one they have been so helpful in my transition to apartment living. From the maintenance man to the apartment managers, they are all so nice and helpful. Its annoying living here. People don't pick up their dog's poop and don't get punished for it just a bunch of emails saying if it keeps happening then they might do something but then they never do. If you can help it I wouldn't order anything online or any take out food because for some reason GPS has the buildings labeled wrong, and I've heard of no intention to get that fixed. Your package will end up at the wrong door or not to you at all, maybe they will put it in the office but I've only had that happen once so you nev... read more
Management is great first and foremost. Has a nice neighborhood feel to it. You can't beat the location, but apartments are a bit on the small side.
