Terrible.. I was excited to taste their food once I saw them in my new feeds on fb so today I brought a large pizza hoping for jumbo (which online it says they go up to a jumbo..) But large is the biggest size so they say.. Then I got cheese sticks n hot wings..chicken wasn't done fully n the cheese sticks were devastating.. I was so geek to try them only to be disappointed and piss due to wasted money ..now that I have tried I'm officially sticking to what I know best

The pepperoni pizza is as good as it looks! No doubt about that but they are 0 for 3 with the appetizers. Fries were bland and way too greasy but fries are fries right? I guess.. The cheese sticks tasted like Aldi brand, and yesterday I ordered the wings... Swing and a miss! Undercooked. I'll be back for the za but very disappointing as an exited new customer. Oh and props on the speedy delivery time, credit where it is due

Hi, thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the fries & cheese sticks, the fries don't travel well, we do buy the best coated fry to help with delivery and the cheese sticks are made fresh in house and don't always travel that well for delivery, we try to time the pizza and apps/pasta as best we can and it looks like we could have held off a little more on the apps, ask for me next time you order, I'll see it gets sent out hot, sorry again and try our dining room out sometime, nothing beats dining in, it's very small but you ... read more
Great food! Excellent Italian recipes, wide variety of items. The staff is friendly.
Everything we ordered and ate was absolutely delicious. Eggplant parm was the best I've eaten in Chicago. Great staff and service.
