If I could give zero stars, I would. While this individual seemed nice at first, the experience quickly went downhill after we hired him. He damaged freshly installed tile during the job and took no responsibility for it instead, he told us, “Sorry, I can’t do anything about it. Pay me now.” He began pressuring and harassing us for payment, even though there were clear issues he caused. It felt like he was rushing to get paid before being held accountable for any mistakes.
