Paid a recent visit for lunch and really enjoyed it! They put a lemon aioli sauce on the calamari that was delicious! The risotto was also a very good choice; the flavors blended very nicely and the truffle oil gave it an extra kick! Although service was slow at first and we were one of two parties seated, it quickly picked up and the waiter was very polite and personable! Definitely would come back!
Seafood ravioli had that lousy fake crab leg stuff in it. Bread was old. Fresh pasta did not taste fresh. Employees were great. Meatballs were very bland. Caprese salad was very good. Restaurant was nice and clean but very hot. Traveled in from Virginia thinking we would get something wonderful. At the end we determined that Mamma Zu in Richmond is a much better Italian restaurant that we did not need to leave home to get.
Amazing food! Waitress and owner were so sweet. Definitely going back!
The food was delicious and we had an amazing waiter Jon!!! Will definitely be back again!!!
