When I walked in there was no one there to greet us. I've never been here before and wasn't sure if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. There's was another couple in front of us that we're also unsure. After 5 minutes a gentleman came by carrying a chair and then came back to seat the first couple and didn't even acknowledge us or apologize for us waiting.
