No stars !! This place has done absolutely nothing for me. They lie all the time. I've been thru hell with this place!! IM DONE WITH THESE IDIOTS!!!! Had to put a star so I can leave a comet
Communication is sub-par, staff is busy on cell phones and eating, they don't even have a therapist. I'd give them zero starts if possible.
I honestly wished that I took the review seriously. But being a mental health facility I knew that they're reviews would be a little less. But these people are horrible. They do not give you adequate care they do not care at all. They change the rules to fit what they need. And they don't give a crap about the patient. Nor do I think that they're very well trained I think most of these people are right out of school. Run for the hills
5 stars for Dr Lopez. Much gratitude for the outstanding psychiatric care for disabled adult. Excellent with medical management. Thank you. 5 stars for case manager Carmen. She is really on top of it. 1 star for Shuntelle Hawk greeted our family in an unfriendly, overworked way at first medication appointment after weeks of waiting. Gave a "new psychiatric" diagnosis in order to bill insurance to obtain a shot that she said cost $ 5000. She said that would be the only way insurance would pay for it. Kaira is an amazing counselor who will help you if you let her ! This place did me way better than SAGE did. Seemed like they really cared.
