I want to share my experience with La Frontera EMPACT at 1035 E Jefferson St in Phoenix. Many members wait long periods just to speak with staff, and when they are finally seen the interaction is often brief and does not lead to meaningful help. I have also seen many individuals who appear to be homeless seeking housing support but leaving without assistance. This practice needs to improve the quality of their social skills, staff is rude and plain inconsiderate.
Absolutely useless Don't waste your time. They do not want to be inconvenienced. In any way shape or form. Your loved one can literally die. They don't care.
