We had such a wonderful experience at L.A. Formal and Prom in Grand Forks (and the Fargo store too). While shopping for my daughter’s prom dress, we were helped by the kindest, most attentive associates. The new Grand Forks location is phenomenal and exactly what our community needed. Pros: Beautiful atmosphere, great lighting, incredibly helpful staff, and an excellent selection of dresses. One tip: It can get busy during peak shopping times, so plan your visit accordingly. 10/10 experience. I was able to go to this store twice try on wedding dresses to make sure I would find the best dress for me. The owner was extremely kind and accommodating, and encouraged me to try on multiple dresses to make sure I picked the best one. There was so many options that were exactly what I was looking for. I ended up saying yes to an absolutely gorgeous dress! I went in the other day and was told I wouldn’t fit in any dresses, cried all night. They told me „by the looks of you, you wouldn’t fit in them.“, They paid attention to this really skinny girl instead. Terrible never going back.
