RecommendedWe visited hoping to experience the culinary artistry of Chef Ray which was unfortunate for us as it was his day off. However we were pleased to discover the owner is a legendary Resturant guy who’s done an amazing job in creating LaForesta. Best yet as although it was not on the menu the chef on duty was able to duplicate a scallop dish of chef Ray perfectly!!
