The manager, Johnny, immediately greeted us with an air of arrogance. We have been frequent diners since La Fontana opened. We were there when your staff were told to tell guests to leave as soon as you were done eating. That’s over. Now, Johnny treated us, by yelling and attacking. Rude man at the front. We made a reservation with outside seating and Told us can’t sit outside, inside is just as good. Stuck us in the smallest corner for 6 people with a table that only sat 4. We left....
I've had some good meals there but tonight was very disappointing. Waited 50 minutes when there wasn't a full house for a cheese pizza with two toppings on half. Was told they had an order for 15 to go pizzas and cooked those first. When it came, half the pizza did not have tomato sauce. Waitress apologized, came back and said they were out of pizza dough. Resulted in being charged for half a pizza, the part that was correct, leaving the uneaten half and coming home to find something to eat at 945 pm. Not cool La Fontana.
Over priced. Food came out cold. Entrees did not come out together. With another couple and 2 entrees came out 20 minutes after the first 2 came out. Had to find the waiter to see what happened to the other 2 dinners. The waiter and host did nothing when told.

We had a large party reservation for a birthday celebration. They packed us into a table that was not sufficient to fit the amount of guests we had, and they were missing a chair which made it even worse when they brought it. Not too mention there was another large party directly next to us that was eating on the corner of their table because they also did not have enough room. They pack you in there like a sardine can. Disappointing. My daughter had taken the family on 7/28/18 for my birthday. We had been here before. I got the chicken fantasia and my husband got the veal special with shrimp and cognac sauce. We asked for more bread and got a basket of bread that was burnt on the bottom. Looked more like cut up rolls than a loaf of bread. Food was just ok. Asked our waitress to pack up the leftover pasta that the grand kids didn't finish and we ended up with an antipasto probably from someone else's table.
