Amazing apartment building. Clean and well maintianed building. Friendly staff. Vedran the manager was especially helpful and prompt in completing a work order.
2300 Confederation Parkway is well-maintained and a great place to live, thanks to the wonderful staff. Special thanks to Monica, Andrin, and Emmanuel, who are always friendly, approachable, and efficient. Monica ensures that everything runs smoothly and is quick to address any concerns. Her dedication to the residents is truly commendable.
Resident Managers, Aldrin and Monica , assist quickly when called upon for help in my unit. They are always couteous , pleasant and respectctful. They underatnd the limitations of MS.Their assistance is always appreciated.
I have been living here for almost 4 years now. Just want to share my experience with the administrators downstairs . They are lovely people. This couple Monica and Aldrin are extremely helpful and efficient. They handle your concerns very professionally. They are very easy to approach. May God bless them .
I want to commend Jay for his assistance on Thursday, Feb 20th, 2025. Our parking lot was full of snow and being plowed that morning. When I went out to move my car, my battery was dead! Jay was very helpful--he offered to go and get cables to boost my battery. My car was quite encased in snow near the front end as it had not been driven all week!
