bar wasn't open service was not great..ask for pitcher of water and never got it.. lines for bat when oprn was way to long

the place was beautiful tonite. Had a very good time with family n friends
Just left from an event. The food & service was horrible. One of the banquet servers actually stopped picking up plate from our table to complain about management. WHAT??? As an event planner myself, I was appalled & embarrassed for the for the lack of respect this server showed us & her employer.
