Hidden gem in one of Denver's best neighborhoods I've lived here since 2013 and have loved every minute of it. Tom, the prior landlord, was very personable and considerate. Unfortunately, he retired in 2015, but the new landlord team (Suzanne and Doug) really did not disappoint!
