Enchilada plate was tasteful with rice and beans.
The food was phenomenal. I'm not even exaggerating: Like six bucks not including a drink for a quesadilla the size of a small dog with included chips, salsa, AND queso. I went in hungry and left with a fuller belly than I've had in a long time. The only real critique I have is that the menus use AI generated images which don't really do a good job of illustrating what you get, it honestly made me a little grossed out looking at them and not just out of principle at the use of AI. I am very picky about burgers, so when I say the Mexican hamburger is one of the very few burgers I actually will eat that says a lot. It is mouthwatering, and my oldest son says it is "gas" (which, in teenager terms means "delicious!") Along with the complimentary tortilla chips and salsa, they also give small cups of cheese dip (larger bowls may be purchased).
