My husband ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered. The bouquet arrived with each flower fully opened, and five roses had brown in the edges. Three days later, those roses were flopped over, crumpled and browned. I emailed the florist, along with photos, to let them know what had happened. She replaced the roses a few days later, of which I was very thankful.
