OK... I had a kind'a emergency situation where just one of my tape extension had slid down, it needed to be refixed. I am a visitor and whilst I was in the area I decided to pop in and ask if I could be assisted with this. I must say, Shelby (the owner) was super helpful, accepted to attend to me without an appointment. Refixed my sliding extension and didn't even charge me anything for it... Giovanna is the best! Everytime I get my hair done it comes out perfect. She pays close attention to detail and i’m very picky about my hair and she exceeds my expectations every time. Overall Giovanna is an amazing person and hair stylist. I could not recommend enough!
