On March 28th, around 6:20 p.m., I experienced one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had at this store. I was being kindly assisted by a very helpful staff member who was showing me some tall plants. I had already made my decision when another man, who claimed to be the manager, suddenly interrupted.
