There is no supervision in this club. Members are allowed to act how ever they want. Even when problems are brought to management's attention, they are ignored and statements like "we talked to him but there is nothing we can do" are made. With so many other choices near by, pick another club. I know our family will join the many others that have left.
The Bayshore location is very close to where I live; the equipment and the gym itself are nice and clean every time I'm there; I go to the gym mostly during the "rush hour" times right after work or mid-morning on the weekends and I've never had a problem getting machines or equipment; the music is never too loud. I've also never had any problems with any of the other folks who attend the gym: it is not a "meat head" type of gym; you won't encounter the "loud grunter" there; I've not seen any creepers; and I've only seen one... read more
I have been a member since they opened and I have had a mixed experience. On the one hand I live close to Bayshore so it is very convenient and most of the equipment is new and in good condition. On the other hand the pool and whirlpool are almost ALWAYS broken.
Well equipped.the workers and trainers are very good and determined to help you build the great shape you want.The center is my chilling spot...lol
The LA Fitness in Milwaukee is fine to work out and the pool is nice, but do not set up a personal training program through them. I had one trainer no-show and 2 others quit in the few months I worked out there. Then I was told my training membership was fulfilled and I could finally leave, so I filled out the required paperwork and submitted it, at which point they continued to bill me 200 dollars a month. I now have to contact their offices again to try and recoup this money, which I doubt will happen. Again, avoid persona... read more
