Anonymous Diplomat Complaint regarding Misconduct, Threat, and Inconveniences The gym is supposed to be a place to get away from the stress of life, not add more distress. Cancelling a training membership has never been harder. Went in person, told on three occasions the person, *****, was in a meeting.Thats fine, and when I was in person the front desk staff cancelled my gym membership but not my training membership which was $******. I was told not to worry, and continued to wait about an hour for the meeting to end. The staff kept trying to tell me its cancelled, I asked if I needed to sign anything, informed him I had a fax, but tried to assure me it was cancelled. Monday rolls around and ... read more
