The front desk employee name PAUL was mean, dismissive, and spoke in a rude manner. The gym is always DIRTY and employee always in their phone. NO ONE ever re-rack the weights. The only reason I go to this gym because it's close to home. I hope Sung would train the employees to be better with the customers

Improvements have been made. Finally the pool is working properly! Music isn't as loud as it has been in the past. Showers were clean.
The ladies dressing area and bathroom rarely have paper towels. I ask at the front desk today and was told it’s not her job to do it. I ask a lady at one of the cubicles and she never spoke to me but got up and put one roll in one dispenser which promptly jammed. She left the other two dispensers empty. I told her it was jammed up and she again, without speaking to me, got up went back up to the ladies room and opens the dispenser and put the roll on the sink in a puddle of water. No words just marched off.
Only complaint, sanitation wipes aren’t replaced frequently enough
