I am writing to formally report a deeply upsetting incident that occurred during my recent visit to your facility in 1625 Pleasant Hill Rd, #245 today August 4 2025 at 6:15am A employee confronted me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, accusing me of having a pending balance on my account. This is my weekly gym location and it’s honestly amazing! The staff are respectful and the facility is welcoming. Mona, Simeon and a couple others always greet me with respect and a smile!
