BEWARE. Unfortunately, you should take your money elsewhere - be prepared for a disappointing and disgusting experience. Where is the DM or Regional leadership?!? This location is severely understaffed and has “new” management since the last worthless GM was fired - took 3 years for that to finally happen. Honestly, it’s so filthy and gross every morning with no paper towels or any working sanitation stations. NONE - so nasty. Sweat on ground and all over equipment - yuck. ☀️🌲I REALLY APPRECIATE THE LOVE THAT RECEIVED FROM LA FITNESS. THE GM KAI HELPED ME OUT WITH A MEMBERSHIP AND GOT ME UP AND RUNNING WITH THE DEAL THEY HAD RUNNING. I’M BACK BABY. 😂
First off, the sanitizing stations needed taken care of as I walked to 3 places before I found some towelettes and didn’t see any liquid stations as they were removed from the walls Some machines were worn and others broken. Women’s bathrooms were just nasty looking and short on soap!!! I won’t be back there.
Extremely disappointing experience. Today I waited outside the gym for over 35 minutes, and no one showed up to open the doors. I had made a real effort to plan my day and adjust my sleep schedule just to be there at 5:00 AM, only to be left standing outside. There were several others waiting as well—most eventually gave up and left. No idea what time someone finally showed up, if they ever did. Totally unprofessional.
