Malcom, the General Manager at LA Fitness, was outstanding. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain everything and make sure all of my questions were answered. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made my experience smooth and welcoming. It’s clear he takes pride in his role and cares about providing excellent service. LA Fitness is lucky to have him.
Malcom’s awesome customer service got me in swiftly and processed with no confusion!! Great facility, really clean, overall a great place to get a workout in!
Great staff, clean club, friendly atmosphere, great equipment, newly updated and great amenities that are all well maintained. Highly recommend Lauren and Malcolm!
They never open on time. There are 20 + people waiting for them to open and they never show up. The paying customers all leave one by one. This location. Can't seem to get their acts together. They used to also lock the doors before closing time to prevent people coming in. Plus the showers are filthy.
