I’m want to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff and guest for honesty and professionalism.On 3/4/26, I accidentally left my wallet on treadmill or elliptical machine. On3/5/26, I called LaFitness and spoke to Ida. She stated someone turned in my wallet. I enjoy coming to this club to complete my early morning workouts. I have been to many other La Fitness locations and I have to say that this is one of the better ones. It’s very clean, all of the employees from the front desk clerks ( Ida and Kamara are so welcoming) to the manager are very kind and responsive to the member’s needs. The only drawback is that it takes a very long time for broken equipment to be serviced or ripped benches to be repaired . I would love to see them improve in this area. Best La Fitness in Metro Detroit. The staff works tirelessly to maintain the cleanliness. The staff is always warm and welcoming so I will continue to drive farther just to come to this location.
For the last 8 months I've been coming here to get healthy again, and Kamara has been amazing. So friendly at the front desk, making the gym feel welcoming and inviting and a place I want to come, even when I don't feel like working out. There's a great camaraderie here!
I had a disappointing experience at this gym, mainly because of the front desk staff. I misplaced my phone and was searching for it for a few minutes. Instead of offering help, the person at the front desk kept asking where I had lost it and did not seem willing to assist. If I had known where I misplaced it, I wouldn’t have been searching.
