This place is the standard I am much closer to Livonia LA fitnesses and those clubs are filthy with broken down equipment. I drive an extra 35 minutes Because the locker room is clean The spa water is not gray and black and covered with extra chlorine This place is a 10 out of 10. The staff is pretty cool too. Y’all should go whip the other clubs into shape
Club is getting dirtier by the day and now they dont even have papertown in the locker rooms so toilet paper is everwhere. Membership did not get cheeper with this cost cut! 50% of all cardio equipment is completely non functional and not marked and scheduled for service. Of the rest maybe 5% is fully functional. Overall LA is doiing a worse and worse almost daily when it comes to client care.
I'm giving this location 2 stars, just as I did the other Livonia location. The sauna benches are unsteady and need new boards. The jacuzzi is down, and I thought if I'd come back weeks later, maybe it would be up and running, but to my disappointment, its STILL out of service just as the other Livonia location is. Next LA fitness in the area would be Plymouth, but they don't have one at all. I shouldn't have to keep jumping LA locations because no one can keep up with their own location. It’s okay but definitely dirty & the only two row machines have been broken since I signed up months ago. They do fix the weight machines on time though but they are sticky and rusted indicating that they don’t use the proper lubricants and don’t repair things properly. If you want to stretch, use some machines and free weights it works okay, but it’s not too well maintained for a few things. Overall the weights are great though and everyone is nice here.
