I had a pretty disappointing experience at this LA Fitness location. A friend sent me a 7-day VIP guest pass. The same friend had previously given this type of pass to other people, and they were able to use it at different LA Fitness locations, so I reasonably assumed I could do the same. Nothing during the VIP pass signup clearly stated that the pass was only valid at one specific location. Too crowded not enough equipment, older equipment.
Member here since Jan 2026. The friendly staff make all the difference at this place. Specifically Daniel and Renee at the front desk. If you're the manager of this place, recognize these two for their efforts of making the members feel welcome and get helped promptly.
