Switched from EOS to come to this gym, I regret doing so. The staff is rude. And the men’s bathroom has been gross every time I’ve gone.
Took my daughter to the kids club where a 10 year old girl (my daughter is two) was actively harassing and picking on her. It started when the ten year old bit another kid and then blamed my two year old. More recently I went to pick up my child and my husband was with me when the 10 year old proudly told us she touched my daughter on her diaper and was allowed to "touch her there" called corporate, nothing was done and was told by the manager that the little girl “probably didn’t mean anything by it” so we had to cancel our... read more
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at LA Fitness. The gym itself is quite big, which makes it easy to find space even during busier times. There’s a great variety of equipment, from free weights and machines to a large basketball court and squash courts. I especially like the extra amenities — the sauna is relaxing, the pool has three lanes for swimming, and the hot tub is perfect after a tough workout. Been coming here for 8 months and never found issues. If you’re picky and still find things to complain about, that’s on you. But for me seeing how much they clean the gym, how often, and have paid attention to fixing machines, I have zero complaints. I’ve been a member of LA Fitness for years and have been to many and this is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to.
