this location was genuinely really clean and well maintained, new manager lady is very rude. these last few weeks have been very off i always have to clean up a piece of equipment before using it, and even the bathrooms are dirty. this new management they have is terrible. LA fitness here was once a community, now its like a workout amusement park, will be switching to crunch / planet.

Horrible customer service. After paying for years to keep training credits, I was suddenly told I couldn’t use them. When I called to close my account, Manager Monica immediately got defensive - repeating her name, lecturing me on how I need to “document” who I spoke with, and insisting over and over that I wasn’t being “fair” to her. For some reason this place is closed on Saturday nights?!? I live across the street and there's never any cars in the place is closed on Saturday night it's barely open at all. I trained there for 6 weeks once I bought a 6-week physical trainer pass, & he did not train me correctly.
