This corporation already has class action lawsuits about deceptive billing practices. This has led to locations closing, so why not add additional deceptive billing practices like not refunding customers their membership fees. There are better gyms you can join. I only joined them bc they bought out Bally's and I wanted to swim. The swimming area is half the time closed and a bunch of exercise machines are usually broken. Get a membership with a different gym.
LA fitness in one location closing. They refuse to refund people because some faraway locations are still open. Not everyone can get to the other locations and no one consented to being shipped to some other locations so LA fitness just stole our money.
This place is pretty rough. I was a member here for years, left during the COVID-19 pandemic, and am now back. Same problems, but worse. Old equipment that is rusted, weights are never re-racked, outdated equipment, weights are cracked, etc. At least it seems clean for the most part, but this place needs a revamp, especially since all of the surrounding stores are significantly nicer. I'm also not sure why this is the only one in the area that closes at 6 instead of 7 on weekends.
