Been going here since 2015 or so. There have been a lot of ups and downs over the years, but I think I can give a pretty good objective review at this point to help both the owners and customers: 1. Cleanliness (3/5): There is a cleaning staff and they do clean throughout the day, but people are people and they make a mess. I wish more people would just clean up after themselves. Bathrooms/shower/locker rooms are not great, but I don't have high expectations for those areas in any gym. Not all restrooms can be like Buc-ee's.... read more
Very bad experience with Madison, the person that signed my daughter up. It was very shady, the charges on the card and the promises that this was the best deal ever, 264 dollars in three charges within a week or so???!!! She did not go with it and we are still waiting for the refund....I'm a member at another LA Fitness and have had a very good experience. But this guy on the Greenville branch was shady at best. Beware!
Oh wow! I left my shoes and my gym shorts in the locker. The staff was able to retrieve them after I called and kept them for me in a bag. I’m so grateful to Tatiana the operations manager for this facility who is able to provide me my stuff! Thank you so very much. This particular facility is the cleanest every time I come. Wry kind and assistive staff as well
