I've been going to La Fitness for years. The manager Alie here refused to let me check in with my phone number. Under my phone number in the system is my picture. She wanted me to bring my ID in from my car to check me in to see the pic of my face! I don't want to delete other things on my phone to download the app or lose my ID in the gym. I go to this one for a specific Zumba Class. Hopefully the district manager can have a talk with their manager.
Terrible experience. Rude staff and front desk. Personal trainers are not reliable and immature. They're only interested in taking your money without providing a service. Switched to a different location as fast as I could and eventually left altogether.
Rude staff.. They don’t give you any deals when signing up. Weird vibes all around. Don’t recommend!
7/30....6:29 am, still no one on site to open doors. 7/30..... 6:55am an employee shows up. So glad I was able to get my cardio in walking around the parking lot. Getting better. Just lazy members not re- racking weights, dumbells, etc. Cleaning staff has Zero gym etiquette and will walk and clean right through you. But getting better
