Good classes, very nice judgement free clientele at this location... An amazing real estate agent works out here, look out for him ;)
I love Karla's Zumba class here, very fun and a good workout
An excellent place to workout. The staff and most of the members are very nice. Monday nights are very busy. If you choose a trainer specifically ask for Trey.
Bring some nose plugs. This place stinks like old gym socks. I won't be using the next two days of my 3-day free pass.
So many treadmills to choose from that actually work!
Worst smelling locker room in the history of locker room smells.
Decent location gets busy after 8pm otherwise rather quietbon most days
