I'm not convinced by the staff in this location. If I go to a work out facility I expect to see relatively fit, not sloppy and fat who don't care. Might as well replace staff with vending machines.
The enrollment 'advisors' here are completely unprofessional and will try to bully you into a membership. Do not go here!
Try sprinting on the treadmill for 1 mile, then weights, then abs. Full body workouts are always best
