A complete deceptive membership scam . I was told I would have guest privileges on my membership , my daughter and I are members of xsport and work out together , so when I joined at this gym the manager told me I could bring a guest anytime at any gym. LA Fitness store in ***************************** for arbitrarily canceling my membership. My member name *******************. My membership was unjustly terminated. I suspect it was due to a staff member's malicious reporting and unfounded complaints against me. I personally have not received any complaint notifications or related information. Formal Complaint - LA Fitness used to have fox on the ** but now it's only liberal channels. When I asked the manager to put fox on he went back to the area to change the channel but never did and when I asked him he said he did. Absolutely Atrocious Contract Policies. Be aware! I had signed up for a personal trainer to help get much needed exercise for my disability. Esporta knew this. My trainer left Esporta out of the blue, and I didn't hear back so I had stopped going. For three months they charged me for ***************** services I never used. Over $2000. Complete Scam!!! Was told ** be reimbursed for personal training sessions incurred on my credit card. Signed up for 6 months and was told charges would stop and was NEVER told contract would go month to month. Down $900. La fitness has huge training issues and scamming clients out of money.

I would like to call attention to bias and possible discriminatory practices at LA Fitness, in at least two locations, in **********, ********** and ***********, **********. I visited both locations on behalf of my elderly parents, to enquire about possible membership. At first, they seem very nice, but do not provide clear explanations as to what they are charging. on 9/18, I signed up for a membership. I agreed to pay a sign up fee, plus first and last month. I was told I have no contract and that moving forward, I would only be charged my monthly fee until I decided to stop paying.
