went to LA fitness on 03/24/2015. the worst experiance ever. the 'manager' at the 2970 belcrest center DR, hyattsville, md 20782. this manager have no idea of what customer service is. he was pushing to get me to sign up the first day i went to the gym. i had a guess pass and he was trying to manipulate the situation to the point i felt he was obligating me to sign up. he also made assuntions about my monetary situation, stating "is it a money problem the reason you dont do it today". dude dont need to be arroun people.
I go three times a week, and the place is always clean, and the temperature is perfect.
Beware of the LA Fitness in Southfield. We cancelled my membership there today. Once again many of the cardio machines are broken. The drink vending machine is broken still. The spa is broken. We spoke to one staff person who said "well of course the equipment breaks, it's old" the manager told us that she has $15,000 of work needed and cannot get the purchase orders approved to get equipment repaired. This and the poor level of cleaning and the bad parking situation resulted in the cancellation of our membership.
Been going for 5 yrs now, dont like the change in step class format to Zumba, lets try something else, maybe a Hip Hop class!! Also would like more court options other than Racquet ball, why not Volleyball? a league would be awesome! Dont like people comin into bodyworks class taking the equipment sometimes theres a full class and not enough weights, I have to search the floor to find what should be in the room, I pay my $$ also, the personal training area is great, except when theres not enough equipment for my purposes as ... read more
LIARS.LIARS! Don't go here they liar and thiefs... I got a membership for 24.99 and was charge $89.. And no one could fix it Don't come here unless you want to give money stolen from You!!!!!!
the place looks great the staff is great and the personal tranier randy is amazing
Awesome gym, cool equipments and excellent instructor.
A bad place to work out because they barely have any equipment and the kids club doesn't take care of the kids
I just joined the club and really like the staff and the club!
