I joined the Gaithersburg Copley Gym while the facility was still being built. Being a senior citizen - cough cough - I don’t use all the equipment, but I love this gym and the staff are helpful and very friendly. Not all the TV stations on the monitors work BUT I’ve been recently assured that they will be soon be updated.
I saw a big change in locker room recently, especially today, looks like MS Rose is the one changing it with very good clean and fresh environment Please consider her as a very good employee for this environment
Great place. Locker rooms are very clean. I want to personally thank the cleaning lady Mrs Rose she keeps the place clean and smelling good at all times. The mat Pilates class is awesome the instructor Rebecca is excellent. Overall I feel safe here and I’m happy with the service at this location
It is very odd that they only respond to the positive reviews.......HOW COME?? It is more important to respond to the negative ones if you care about your members! Let's go LA FITNESS......Do more than thanking people for positive reviews. Please show that you care!!
