So far so good. The one annoying part is that I have to ask 1 month ahead of time to put a hold on my subscription and pay money to secure it. This is not always evident.
LA Fitness delays the cancelation and takes the month in advance payment you made at the start of your membership. How this company can maintain an A rating from BBB amazes me. I had to cancel my credit card so that LA Fitness could not keep charging me. This type of practice needs to be addressed.
The manager was very rude to my daughter. She pays good money for a gym that has broken machines and almost nothing works. The manager has an attitude problem and should be fired
First of all, Good luck if your cancellation request happens within 30 days of request. Average time for the cancellation process for LA Fitness membership is 3-4 months. You will be charged additional 3-4 months of membership fees by the time you submit the cancellation. I canceled my membership online through the website three months ago. I was a complicated and roundabout process but I KNOW that I accessed it through their official website. I found out they have continued to bill me and when I called to see why they told me that there is no option to cancel online and that you MUST visit a branch in person to cancel. When I go to their website now to try and find the original form I used, it is completely gone.

I have been going to his fitness center ***************************************************************** . When it was LA Fitness. Since they chanced names, it was okay from the start. But lately no one checks all the equipment like they should to make sure that they work including the fans on the trendmill. The mantanince for the equipments come on tuesdays I guess. I took a regular gym membership at this place on Feb 1 as they mentioned month to month and after a month trainer named **** approached me to try the Personal training I was hesitant and said I won't be coming and I don't need it and he was like just try it for a month if you don't want to do it we can cancel it as PT Is not a contract and all he said was text me any time you want to cancel he will cancel it and he also offered a 100$ off for the first month too and I mistakenly signed on that day on march 25. Our 19 y.o. joined *********** location due to multi-location work out availability/close to home and college. An afulw place - our entire neighborhood was talking about predatory practice used once you sign up for "trial" or "special deal" - not disclsoing terms clearly & not letting cancel services, and kep billing/calling you.
