Great place to workout, it's affordable what can you do for a buck a day! I been at that location five years now as I originally joined back in August 2006.
Smoothies r half off every Thursday! :)
Be sure to carb up before you work out. I damn near passed out, only having a grilled chicken salad and a granola bar for lunch. Eek!
Busy location and I find the people that go here are rude and inconsiderate.
nobody hoops here anymore. 24 here I come. Plus outdated equipment...
Please put weights (dumbbells and plates) back where they belong after using them.
Ran 30mins. on treadmill, 3 sets of core strength (abs)
My training 2day at 1130am with my personal trainer :)
