I hate this gym, only go here because it's close to my house. The place is nasty, no improvement since LA Fitness is taking it over. They lie to us.
this is one of the few, if not only, LA Fitness that opens early enough for me to get in a good workout before work. kudos!
If you're using the squat rack to work your upper torso, you're a douchebag.
Too compact
If you go to the gym go to Steven step class
If you can't grip it, you can't lift it. Stop slamming those weights.
Come in early!!!
You better come in early, or forget it.
Best time to workout is in the morning!!
