Good News: Free Towel Service. Bad News: No Towels Ever.
Don't waste your money. Never have towels. They make you wait 20 minutes to get a towel and they run out in 10 minutes. Customer service is also terrible. I'm stuck here for another year :(
If you're gonna get naked in the sauna, make sure you're over 50 and fat. #UnspokenRules
Don't bother asking for towels, you'll get an attitude and told that "they'll be available in like 5 minutes..." Perpetually.
The day they learn how to professionally talk to people over the phone is the day I'll come check it out..
Crowded even during my lunch break. Checking out the facility since my work offers discount, so they say. Weird smell! Lol!
