When I canceled my membership with Andrew, he confirmed that it was fully processed and that no further charges would occur, but the charges continued. When I returned, they refused to issue a refund unless I could provide proof of cancellation, which is unreasonable given that cancellations are only available in person. This location allows boys at age of 10 using lady's shower. I remember when my boy was little, he wasn't allowed to lady's shower after he reached 5 or kindergarten. Boys nowadays know alot, it's really embarrassing for everybody.
had a very disappointing experience with Christian at LA Fitness. He told me I could lower my monthly rate by signing up for a new membership. I agreed, assuming the transition would be handled properly. However, he failed to cancel my original membership, and I ended up being double charged.
