I was very disappointed with the front office staff at LA fitness. The level of rudeness was unacceptable, and it’s clear that not just anyone should be hired for customer-facing roles. A little respect for customers goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking in my experience. The worst LA Fitness I have even been to, dirty, broken equipment, unprofessional staff who don't care about what they do and what they say. Too bad that I have no other choice because it is close by where I live. Otherwise, I will never want to come here. I helped my cousin joined LA Fitness last year. He rarely uses the membership. This place is terrible, the employees lied about my cancellation. The guy told me on my face that my membership was cancelled successfully which was not true. After I got charged, I made phone call, the guy said he processed the refunds which was not true. I called again, they put me on the hold forever. They did this for purpose since very beginning, it was a scam. Terrible service, terrible company.
omar was really kind and welcoming with showing me around the gym . The gym is really nice and a lot of different versatile things to do here .
