Absolutely unacceptable experience at LA Fitness. I was repeatedly promised that I could cancel within two weeks for a full refund. I came back after only SIX DAYS, and suddenly the staff denied everything and told me I would lose my money. The employee claiming to be the manager was shockingly unprofessional, disrespectful, and even mocked me with other employees instead of resolving the issue. I was there today to get a membership for swimming. A young man who is manager is so so rude and impolite. So I changed mind and never try again.
There is a person who never uses any of the machines. Instead, she walks back and forth on the second floor for 2-3 hours from Monday to Friday (from 8 to 10/11PM) which is very nerve wrecking because I now feel like she is stalking me. I purposely moved to different machine in the corner and also faced the other direction so I don't have to face her, but she kept following me . I don't think this is a normal behavior. Lacks proper adjustment benches, has a poor selection of dumbbells and equipment in general. They don’t have AC running.
