Un excelente lugar
Clean gym, no one bothers you. However they have Fox News Entertainment almost every tv in the cardio area.
It’s always busy of people. Machines are constantly being used. Ac doesn’t work in the whole building. Men’s locker is always dirty. Sauna and wet room is always busy and dirty or they’re not working. Always out of sanitary wipes to wipe down the machines. ETC!
equipment mostly fine. poor selection for fixed press benches as the rack hooks are fixed in poor positions, and the benches are lower than a standard bench rack. some equipment is ok, some great. DBs only go up to 100lbs. Def. use a day pass to check if the equipment will work for you.
